The Cumalıkızık Cevher Project, constructed by Adiloğlu İnşaat in Cumalıkızık Neighborhood through the urban transformation system, consists of 1 block and 72 apartments. It also has six commercial units. The urban transformation project, implemented as a first in Bursa, has 53 seismic isolators at its foundation. Following the project presentation delivered by Project Manager İbrahim Aydın and the project's site chief Hasan Feyzi Sertel, the Board Members of the Building Inspection Organizations Union Association also had the opportunity to inspect the structure.

Providing information about the project, Muhammet Adiloğlu, Chairman of the Board of Adiloğlu İnşaat, stated that the project, realized at the request of landowner Mehmet Cüneyt Elibol, serves as an excellent example for Bursa. Emphasizing that seismic isolators are a system that should become widespread in Bursa and Turkey, where the reality of earthquakes is occasionally felt, Muhammet Adiloğlu noted that seismic isolators are globally recognized as the safest systems against potential loss of life and property that could be caused by disasters.

Esra Yıldız İnhanlı, Chairman of the Board of the Building Inspection Organizations Union Bursa Branch, stated that the correct and timely inspection of buildings, along with the use of technologies like seismic isolators in structures, are reliable precautions against the bitter consequences of potential disasters. She extended her thanks to everyone who contributed to the project, which serves as an example for Bursa.
