The urban transformation project, constructed by Adiloğlu İnşaat in Cumalıkızık Neighborhood through the urban regeneration system, consists of a single block and 72 apartments, with 55 seismic isolators at its foundation.

During the project review programs, Project Manager İbrahim Aydın delivered presentations on the technical details of the project.

Muhammet Adiloğlu, Chairman of the Board of Adiloğlu Group, stated that seismic isolator systems are crucial for Bursa, where the reality of earthquakes is occasionally felt, and for Turkey as a whole, emphasizing that such systems should become widespread. He expressed their happiness at realizing such a pioneering project.

Prof. Dr. Beyhan Bayhan, Vice Rector of Bursa Technical University (BTÜ), provided information on seismic isolator systems, explaining that they are considered the most reliable systems worldwide against potential earthquakes. Prof. Dr. Bayhan thanked Cüneyt Elibol, the landowner, and Muhammet Adiloğlu, Chairman of the Board of Adiloğlu İnşaat, for implementing these systems in their projects in a way that sets an example for Bursa, noting that the use of these systems is rapidly increasing across Turkey.
