Their Signature is on Industrial Structures

As Adiloğlu Group, in addition to our long-standing activities in urban transformation and the construction of workplaces and residences within the construction sector, we also manufacture and deliver industrial, factory, warehouse, and similar structures completely and on time to their users. We are developing our work in this area independently of urban transformation. We are currently conducting studies to enable us to design and produce solar power generation systems for industrial roofs, which have recently gained significant momentum, within our own structure. Parallel to the rapidly increasing export figures in our country, structures such as industrial facilities, factories, and warehouses are also growing rapidly in our province of Bursa. In this context, we could not remain spectators to these developments. We observe that companies requiring industrial, factory, warehouse, and similar structures are struggling to find firms to carry out the manufacturing, causing them to turn to companies outside the city. A serious gap has started to emerge in this field. When constructing industrial, factory, warehouse, and similar structures, we need to plan these buildings to serve for at least 50 years. A customer may only request a building that meets their immediate needs. However, we must produce appropriate structures so that the resulting building can be utilized later, even if the client is likely to discontinue that business in 10 years. In this matter, we, as producer companies, must provide the most accurate guidance. Single-story structures with high ceilings are always the most feasible (or profitable) for industrial buildings. However, due to the exceedingly high cost of land, companies needing large floor areas are forced to build multi-story structures. This is precisely where detailed and effective project planning is essential. Currently, there is very rapid construction taking place in the TEKNOSAB region of Bursa. I believe that the firms operating in the field of industrial, factory, warehouse, and similar structure manufacturing in our province of Bursa possess the capability to undertake high-level international business.
