Deprem ger\u00e7e\u011fi \u00e7ok ciddi olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda dururken, bu konuda ilgili kurumlar\u0131n master plan haz\u0131rlay\u0131p harekete ge\u00e7mesi gerekiyor. T\u00fcm yap\u0131lar elden ge\u00e7irilerek riskli yap\u0131 tespitleri yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan riskli yap\u0131 tespitleri; y\u00fcksek riskli, orta riskli, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck riskli gibi s\u0131n\u0131flara ayr\u0131labilir. Y\u00fcksek riskli yap\u0131lardan ba\u015flayarak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmelidir. \u0130lgili kurumlar taraf\u0131ndan en fazla destek y\u00fcksek riskli yap\u0131lar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in verilmesi gerekmektedir. 6306 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun kapsam\u0131nda deprem ger\u00e7e\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 riskli yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131p yeniledi\u011fimiz takdirde depreme kar\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131k yapm\u0131\u015f oluruz. Aksi takdirde deprem ger\u00e7e\u011fi ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda elimizden arama kurtarma d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir\u015fey gelmiyor maalesef. \u00dclkemizde meydana gelen yakla\u015f\u0131k son 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k depremleri takip etti\u011fimizde, yeni yap\u0131lar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlemekteyiz. K\u0131smi olarak i\u015f\u00e7ilik hatalar\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 duvar y\u0131k\u0131lmalar\u0131 vs. olsa da statik a\u00e7\u0131dan binalarda bir hasar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmekteyiz. Elimizde bu kadar net bir bilgi varken hala riskli yap\u0131 tespitlerimizi yapt\u0131rmay\u0131p ayn\u0131 binalarda oturuyorsak kendimizi sorgulamak gerekir. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri 6306 say\u0131l\u0131 Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yasas\u0131nda bir tak\u0131m geli\u015ftirmeler yap\u0131ld\u0131. En k\u0131sa zamanda riskli yap\u0131 tespitleri konusunda da bir tak\u0131m d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131l\u0131r ise ger\u00e7ek manada De\u011fere De\u011fer form\u00fcl\u00fcyle Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f oluruz.
