Kurumsal kirac\u0131lar, bu konularda ma\u011fduriyetler ya\u015famaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in, yeni yapt\u0131klar\u0131 kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerine riskli yap\u0131 tespiti neticesinde kiralam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu m\u00fclk\u00fc bo\u015faltmak zorunda kalmas\u0131 halinde maddi ve manevi t\u00fcm ma\u011fduriyetin m\u00fclk sahibi taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanaca\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde bir madde ilave etmektedirler. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek yaz\u0131lan kanun maddeleri, toplumda bir ba\u015fka tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 beraberinde getirmektedir. Bizler bu gibi durumlarda kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden yana olup, uzla\u015fmalar ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmemiz gerekiyor. Kirac\u0131lara riskli binada ya\u015faman\u0131n veya i\u015fletme sahibi olman\u0131n ciddi manada risk te\u015fkil etti\u011fini b\u0131kmadan usanmadan anlatmam\u0131z gerek. Kimse depremin ne zaman ve ne \u015fekilde bizleri bulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilemez. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n sadece maddi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme bakmalar\u0131, hayati riskleri g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmeleri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinin a\u011f\u0131r i\u015flemesine sebep olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Riskli bina tespiti yapt\u0131r\u0131rken m\u00fclk sahiplerinin tamam\u0131n\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen kirac\u0131lar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden 6306 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun kapsam\u0131nda riskli bina ilan edebilmemiz i\u00e7in binadan numune al\u0131m\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ya\u015fan\u0131yor.
