S\u00fcrecin h\u0131zlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kolluk kuvvetlerine (Polis veya Jandarma) mevzuyu bizzat bizlerin anlatmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Onlar, bu konunun aciliyetini kavrad\u0131ktan sonra uygun bir vakte randevu veriyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak bir \u015fekilde binadan numune alma i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Ancak, y\u00fczde 100 mutabakat sa\u011flayarak anla\u015fma sa\u011flanmas\u0131 halinde bile riskli yap\u0131y\u0131 y\u0131karken m\u00fclk sahiplerinin hi\u00e7bir taahh\u00fcd\u00fc bulunmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen kirac\u0131lar\u0131n direnmesiyle de tahliye ve y\u0131k\u0131m s\u00fcreleri \u00e7ok ciddi uzamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcreler ile ilgili s\u00fcrecin bilinmesi durumunda, 6306 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun kapsam\u0131nda Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen imar adalar\u0131nda veya parsellerinde s\u00fcre bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nceden gereken tedbirlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in gereken sab\u0131r ve zaman, riski yap\u0131 tespiti ile y\u0131k\u0131lacak binalarda da kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Adeta m\u00fclk sahipleri ile y\u00fcklenici firma aras\u0131nda kim daha sab\u0131rl\u0131 oyunu oynanmaktad\u0131r. S\u00fcre\u00e7ler bu \u015fekilde uzay\u0131p giderken, yeni in\u015faat yap\u0131m \u015fartlar\u0131 ve y\u00f6netmelikleri oldu\u011fu yerde durmamaktad\u0131r. Kaybedilen bu s\u00fcreler bizlere \u00e7ok ciddi maddi ve manevi kay\u0131plar olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.
