Ancak ge\u00e7en y\u0131lki rakamlarla bu y\u0131l\u0131 k\u0131yaslamak bizi yan\u0131ltabilir. 2020-2021 y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki konut sat\u0131\u015f rakamlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131nda pandeminin etkisinin oldu\u011funu unutmamal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konut sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131nda ge\u00e7en y\u0131la g\u00f6re ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu de\u011fer art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok normal kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc maliyet art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 daha fazla oldu. Burada m\u00fcteahhit karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumda. Zaman i\u00e7inde m\u00fcteahhit karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 2020 \u00f6ncesine d\u00f6nece\u011finden konut fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n bir s\u00fcre daha devam edece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2018 krizinden bu yana konut kredisi ile daire sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda \u00e7ok ciddi azalma oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Sadece arada yap\u0131lan 0.99-0.69 gibi kredi kampanyalar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde ilgi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemledik. O ilgi de kesinlikle 2018 \u00f6ncesi gibi de\u011fildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n Bursa ilimizde konut al\u0131m taleplerinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirler ile ayn\u0131 orant\u0131da oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemlemekteyiz.
