Fakat konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalamay\u0131 alarak bakmak gerekir. Sat\u0131\u015flarda genel olarak bir art\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc konut \u00fcretim adedi \u00e7ok fazla d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f durumda. H\u00e2la artmaya devam eden maliyetler ve buna kar\u015f\u0131n vatanda\u015f\u0131n al\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn h\u0131zla d\u00fc\u015fmesi, konuta olan talebi maalesef art\u0131rm\u0131yor. Son g\u00fcnlerde konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki hareketlenmede &#8220;konut alman\u0131n tam zaman\u0131&#8221; \u015feklinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ulusal bas\u0131ndaki haberlerin etkisi olabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ger\u00e7ekten artan maliyetlere ra\u011fmen finansal s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 gidermek i\u00e7in m\u00fcteahhit firmalar an itibariyle dip fiyata daire satmakta. Konut \u00fcretim a\u015famalar\u0131 i\u00e7in de farkl\u0131 finansman desteklerinin devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015fart. \u00d6zellikle kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in kredi destek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan bir uygulama var, fakat yeterli gelmiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024\u2019\u00fcn ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda da y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 bir tablo g\u00f6z\u00fckm\u00fcyor. Olduk\u00e7a sakin ge\u00e7mekte olan 2024 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra 2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n az da olsa bu y\u0131la g\u00f6re hareketli ge\u00e7ece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Bu hareket sekt\u00f6rel olarak bizleri tatmin etmeyecektir.
