Artan in\u015faat maliyetlerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra belediyelerin baz\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f uygulamalar\u0131 ile haks\u0131z rekabet ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
