Anadolu Rise projemizin kaba in\u015faat\u0131nda ise son a\u015famaya yakla\u015ft\u0131k. Sismik izolat\u00f6rler kullanarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fimiz Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesine de y\u0131lsonu itibariyle ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz. Gen\u00e7lik merkezi, \u0130neg\u00f6l Okul ve Yurt, Elmasbah\u00e7eler Konut, Demirta\u015fpa\u015fa ve Tayakad\u0131n Otel projelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar t\u00fcm h\u0131z\u0131yla devam ediyor. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projelerin mimari \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n, i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz y\u0131la g\u00f6re daha hareketli ge\u00e7ece\u011fi kanaatindeyim. Konut kredi oranlar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015fme beklentisi kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulursa, bekledi\u011fimizden \u00e7ok daha hareketli bir piyasa bizleri bekliyor diyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda Adilo\u011flu Grup olarak devam eden projelerimizi en k\u0131sa zamanda tamamlay\u0131p, bir \u00e7ok b\u00f6lgede gerek Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm gerekse Ticaret, Konut ve Karma tip, yep yeni projeler in\u015fa etmeyi pl\u00e2nl\u0131yoruz. Daha iyiyi daha konforlusunu yapmak i\u00e7in s\u00fcrekli yenilikleri takip ediyoruz. Enerji performans\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi ve depreme kar\u015f\u0131 en diren\u00e7li binalar\u0131 in\u015fa etmek gibi bir hedefimiz var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekonomi y\u00f6netimi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oranl\u0131 kredi kampanyalar\u0131ndan ziyade, evi olmayan vatanda\u015flara, ihtiya\u00e7 durumuna g\u00f6re rakam\u0131 belirlenen kredi tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu kredi deste\u011fini yan\u0131na alan vatanda\u015f istedi\u011fi banka \u00fczerinden bu i\u015flemi yap\u0131p diledi\u011fi firmadan dairesini alabilmeli.
