A new era is beginning in Yıldırım District with our Cevher Project.
With our upcoming Cevher project in Yıldırım district, we're ready to open a new chapter by raising awareness in urban regeneration. Our project, which will be implemented in Değirmenönü Neighborhood, holds the title of being Bursa's first housing project to use seismic isolators.
For our Cevher project, we're aiming for the most accurate and safest seismic isolation through the consultancy services we receive from Prof. Dr. Beyhan BAYHAN, Vice Rector and Director of the Earthquake Engineering Application and Research Center at Bursa Technical University.
The project, to be built on a total area of 3,042 m², will feature 72 units of 2+1 residences and 6 shops. After ensuring extra reinforcement through a jet grout system for ground strengthening, building columns will be placed on a raft foundation, and the main structure will be elevated with 53 seismic isolators. Thanks to these seismic isolators, life in our Cevher project will continue uninterrupted after an earthquake.
Our Cevher project stands out not only for its earthquake-resistant structure but also for many other features. The project includes:
- Indoor parking and guest parking,
- Electric vehicle charging stations,
- Kids' playgrounds,
- 2,000 m² landscaped area,
- Rainwater harvesting system,
- Sustainable solutions like renewable energy sources (solar power plants - SPP) will be offered to enhance the quality of life.
- These features have made the Cevher project both a safe and environmentally friendly living space.
